Graduate Project Coordinator (Construction Engineering)

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in construction, engineering or project management?

n

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join a growing team and work alongside experienced Project Managers delivering major façade and construction projects across Australia.

n

Our client is the Australian arm of a globally recognised façade manufacturing and construction group, with an established presence in the Australian market.

n

Your Role

n

Providing project administration and coordination support

n

Assisting with tendering and project documentation

n

Reviewing design and engineering documentation

n

Assisting with project programmes and tracking project progress

n

Coordinating samples and materials for client approval

n

Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers

n

Assisting with on-site project coordination and activities

n

Supporting quality and safety processes and audits

n

You will have...

n





A degree or qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Architecture or a related discipline

n

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

n

A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude

n

The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

n

An interest in construction, engineering and project delivery

n

Exposure to AutoCAD, Bluebeam or similar software would be advantageous

n

Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus!

n

Previous construction, engineering, project administration or site experience is advantageous, but not essential

n
