ABOUT THE ROLE

n

A broad and varied GRC chance for an experienced compliance professional ready to take on a high-exposure, hands-on role. Reporting to the Head of Governance and Risk, you'll sit within a small, high-performing team with direct access to senior leaders - owning end-to-end compliance operations across regulatory obligations, internal controls, policy governance and assurance activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own and maintain the compliance obligations register and drive remediation across the business
n




- Lead risk assessments, compliance reporting and periodic assurance processes
n
- Conduct control testing, validation and documentation
n
- Manage the policy suite - review cycles, document control and attestations
n
- Contribute to risk register updates and enterprise risk reporting
n
- Coordinate internal audit, business continuity and probity activities
n
- Administer complaints, grievance and integrity registers
n
- Act as the primary compliance resource and advisor for business units
n

KEY SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

n

n
- 4-6 years' experience in compliance, risk, governance or audit
n
- Demonstrated ownership of compliance registers, controls frameworks or assurance processes
n
- Exposure to a regulated or government-funded environment is a distinct advantage
n
- Strong technical understanding of GRC principles and frameworks
n
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to own reporting and documentation end-to-end
n
- Confident, credible communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
