Elite Refrigeration is currently seeking an Air-Conditioning Service Team Leader to join our team based out of Brisbane.

n

Elite Refrigeration is a well-established company that specialises in commercial refrigeration & air conditioning services across Southeast QLD and we want you to be a part of that.

n

A typical week may look like:

n

Roughly 2 days a week performing onsite repairs and maintenance on Air-Conditioning systems using your technical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues

n

Working closely with the office team and owners to set up and send out invoices for completed jobs

n

Ensuring job card information is up to date, ordering any parts or equipment required for upcoming work

n

Supervising and supporting the daily activities of the Air-Conditioning technicians by providing ongoing training and technical support

n

Fielding customer calls and emails,



responding in a timely manner with accurate information. Escalating questions as needed to the Service Managers and Owners.

Maintaining professional customer service and striving for lasting client relationships

n

Successful applicants will have:

n

Significant previous experience as a senior technician

n

Invoicing and job management experience is highly desirable

n

A valid and current manual driver's license

n

A valid trade and ARCtick licenses

n

A valid QLD restricted electrical license.

n

A valid QBCC mechanical license

n

Willing to complete a pre-employment police check and hold a blue card

n

Full working rights in Australia is required for these positions.
