Take on a key leadership role within an established community aged care service, supporting teams to deliver safe, responsive and high-quality care to older Australians living at home.

This is a broad position for an experienced clinical leader who enjoys developing people, improving services and providing direction across complex care, while having the autonomy to make a genuine impact.

- Leading, coaching and developing healthcare teams

- Building capability, performance and accountability

- Providing direction around complex care and service matters
n
- Promoting safe, consistent and high-quality clinical practice
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
n
- Supporting quality, safety and effective risk management
n

About you: We're looking for an experienced clinical leader with strong clinical judgement, people leadership and a practical approach to service delivery.

n

You will ideally bring:

n

n
- Leadership experience within aged care, community services or healthcare
n
- Experience leading and developing clinical teams
n
- Confidence managing complex clinical and service matters
n
- Strong understanding of quality, safety and contemporary care
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n

Community aged care or home care experience will be highly regarded, however strong residential aged care and healthcare leaders are also encouraged to apply.
