Westpac Group is seeking a Manager Compliance Incidents to assess incidents requiring regulator reporting and to prepare breach reports for reportable events. You will work with multiple teams to understand what happened, apply regulatory obligations, and reach explicit, well-supported conclusions.

The role focuses on strengthening compliance risk management with training across privacy, responsible lending, hardship, the Banking Code, and related obligations.
