Job Description
Kids First Australia is seeking a proactive People & Culture Officer to join the People, Culture and Performance team in Thomastown and Heidelberg.
You will drive recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, partner with leaders, and maintain accurate HR data.
The role requires a HR qualification, knowledge of SCHADS and VECTEA, and experience with HRIS like ConnX or Humanforce.
You will contribute to system improvements and support a supportive workplace culture.
