Construction Labourer – Eastern Creek

Construct Personnel Pty Ltd is currently seeking experienced and reliable Construction Labourers to join our team across Sydney.

This is a casual role offering regular work opportunities across a variety of construction projects. We are looking for hardworking labourers with hands-on site experience and the ability to assist with a broad range of construction tasks.

About the Role

n

As a Construction Labourer, you will be supporting tradespeople and site teams with day-to-day construction duties across commercial, residential and civil projects.

n

Your duties may include:

n

n
- General construction labouring duties
n
- Site cleans and maintaining clean, safe work areas
n
- Caulking and concrete patching works
n
- Jack hammering and demolition tasks
n
- Assisting with equipment handling and material movement
n
- Supporting Dogman duties where required
n
- Site preparation and clean-up
n
- Assisting skilled tradespeople and supervisors
n
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Construction Labourer
n
- MUST HAVE- Scissor Lift Ticket
n




- Experience with site cleans, caulking, jack hammering, concrete patching and general construction tasks
n
- Dogman experience or ticket highly regarded
n
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labouring tasks
n
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work well within a team environment
n
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport to and from work sites
n
- A strong commitment to safety on site
n
