Due to team expansion and the ongoing development of our Procurement function, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Procurement & Supply Officer to join Rinnai Australia's Manufacturing & Technical Division. This role forms part of our commitment to building capability, supporting succession planning, and strengthening our supply chain operations.

In this hands-on role, you will manage an assigned supplier and product portfolio, ensuring the timely supply of materials and components to support customer demand and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage supplier and product portfolios
n
- Drive procurement and MRP activities
n
- Maintain inventory and reduce excess stock
n
- Negotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms
n
- Support production, NPD and outsourced manufacturing
n
- Improve supplier performance and supply continuity
n

n

About you

n





n
- Experience in procurement, supply planning or materials management
n
- Strong ERP/MRP experience
n
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
n
- Analytical, organised and results-focused
n
- Manufacturing experience preferred
n
- Supply Chain, Procurement or Business qualification advantageous
n
