Image Realty Springwood is looking for an experienced Leasing Manager who brings confidence, initiative and a solid work ethic.

This is a busy, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys being on the go, takes ownership of their work and is always willing to support the wider team when needed.

THE ROLE

n

You'll take ownership of the leasing process and work closely with our Property Managers, Business Development team and office support team.

n

Your week will include:

n

n
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
n
- Managing leasing enquiries and applicant communication
n
- Processing applications efficiently and thoroughly
n
- Working closely with Property Managers and landlords throughout the approval process
n
- Preparing lease documentation and coordinating tenancy handovers
n
- Assisting with the marketing and presentation of rental properties
n
- Keeping leasing activity moving through consistent follow-up
n
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods
n
- Delivering a positive experience for applicants, landlords and tenants
n

WHO WE'R LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who understands the pace of real estate and enjoys working in a busy team setting.

n

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Have previous leasing or property management experience is preferred but not essential
n
- Are confident, approachable and professional
n




- Have strong follow-up and communication skills
n
- Can manage a busy workload while maintaining attention to detail
n
- Bring a positive attitude and good energy to the office
n
- Take initiative and don't need to be constantly prompted
n
- Are happy to assist outside your immediate role when required
n
- Work well independently while still being a genuine team player
n
- Take pride in delivering a high standard of work and service
n

You'll also need:

- Current QLD Driver's Licence
n
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
n

HOURS

n

Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

n
