- Application Deployment, Production Support
n
- Redhat & CentOS (Linux) Operating System.
n
- DevOps tools and technologies like GIT, CI/CD pipeline, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps (AzDO)
n
- Configuration management tool like Ansible & Terraform.
n
- Databases like Oracle 10g and NoSQL Databases like MongoDB.
n
- Handling of FT, NFT and Dev Environments
n
- Deployment using manual and Automation Tools
n
- Maintained build and release notes for dev team
n
- Good hands‐on knowledge of Source Code Management (Version Control System) tools like Git and Subversion
n
- Experience with automation/ integration tools like Jenkins
n
- Knowledge of major cloud service providers, like AWS, Azure etc.
n
- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Programmable Infrastructure), and how you can achieve that by using tools like Ansible.
n
- Knowledge of software containerization platforms like Docker.
n




- In country Deployment of Pre‐production and Production Workplace
n
- System and Application Troubleshooting, monitoring logs and other related issues. Collaborated with developers to implement changes to websites on development and production servers.
n
- Write and maintain shell scripts for automating teams daily work.
n
- Handling calls and meetings with clients related to technical issues
n
- Working on Jira and ServiceNow tickets
n
- Preparing documentation for Installation guide, release notes and application migration guide.
n
- Mentoring new team members through shadowing
n
- Providing support for various application‐level issues as and when issue comes.
n
