You'll play a key role in overseeing the day‐to‐day operations of the venue while ensuring our members and guests receive exceptional service every visit.

Job Summary
n We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our venue and lead a high‐performing team.
n This is more than a traditional management role. We're looking for a proactive leader who can use their initiative, communicate effectively across all levels of the business, and foster a positive culture focused on service excellence, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

n

n
- Oversee and coordinate the day‐to‐day operations of the venue
n
- Lead, mentor and support department leaders and frontline team members
n
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
n
- Drive operational performance, productivity and financial outcomes
n
- Maintain compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, WHS, AML/CTF and RSA/RCG requirements
n
- Monitor venue presentation, cleanliness and service delivery standards
n
- Manage staffing levels,



labour costs and operational resources effectively
n
- Investigate and resolve member and guest concerns in a professional manner
n
- Prepare operational reports and communicate key business outcomes to senior management
n
- Champion a positive workplace culture and lead by example
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in a Venue Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Duty Manager role within the club or hospitality industry
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A confident and decisive leader who can think on their feet and use initiative
n
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
n
- Experience managing multiple departments within a hospitality operation
n
- Sound knowledge of gaming, food & beverage, compliance and club operations
n
- Current RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG qualifications
n
- Strong organisational and problem‐solving abilities
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends when required
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding member experiences
n
