A stunning multi-purpose dining, conference, entertainment, and sporting venue, we are acknowledged along the Murray River as a leader in our industry. We are now recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic qualified chef to join our team. Responsibilities include:

- Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
n
- Working across all sections of the kitchen including grills, pans, and fryers
n
- Ensuring consistency and portion control is adhered to
n
- Working in a fast-paced setting
n
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas using traditional Italian techniques and authentic wood fired pizza oven
n




- Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards
n
- General kitchen cleaning duties as required
n

Essential skills required:

n

n
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (and/or higher)
n
- Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen
n
- Experience in a 5 star hotel is strongly preferred
n
- Experience in food preparation and A La Carte service
n
