Flower Power is Australia's largest retail Garden Centre & Lifestyle group with 11 retail stores across Sydney and Newcastle regions. We grow, import & sell a diverse range of products such as plant-life, landscape materials, outdoor furniture, home-wares and gift-wares at our Centres.

We are looking for a Nursery Sales Manager for our Warriewood store.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

As Nursery Sales Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing a thriving nursery department. You'll ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, deliver outstanding customer service, and lead a knowledgeable and motivated team.

In this role, you will:

n

Oversee the nursery's performance and ensure the area is operating efficiently and effectively

n

Lead and support nursery staff, fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative team environment

n

Deliver excellent customer service and help create a memorable experience for customers

n

Maintain the nursery's presentation to a high standard, ensuring it is welcoming, organised, and visually appealing

n

What You'll Need

n

A qualification in horticulture, or substantial gardening and plant-care experience within the Sydney region

n

Strong plant knowledge, including pests, diseases, and general plant health

n

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

n

Strong sales experience,



with the ability to drive results and support a high-performing retail environment

n

A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

n

A positive attitude and genuine passion for horticulture

n

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both team members and customers

n

Leadership skills to guide and support Nursery Sales Consultants

n

Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays

n

The physical fitness required to meet the demands of working in an outdoor nursery environment
