Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a support or care role, preferably in a medical or nursing setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Relevant certifications in first aid and CPR are advantageous.
