Must Have Skills:

- 5-12 years of experience in AI/ML/NLP/LLMengineering or AI consulting.
n
- Strong hands‐on experiencewith Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG pipelines.
n
- Proficiency with Python, MLframeworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and AI cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
n
- Experience with AzureOpenAI / OpenAI API, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma), LangChain,LlamaIndex.
n
- Understanding of MLOps/AIOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
n
- Familiarity with dataengineering, structured/unstructured data processing, and analytics tooling.
n




- Ability to translatecomplex AI concepts into business-friendly language.
