Job Description

SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Aboriginal Wellbeing Officer (ASO5) to advocate for Aboriginal children in Out of Home Care, bridging health services and communities.

You will conduct CHDA assessments, support wellbeing through culturally informed practice, and connect young people to services, families, and carers across the region. The role requires robust cultural knowledge, resilience, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
