Hustle, an independent brand and creative agency, is seeking a Design Director or exceptional emerging Creative Director of Brand to lead its design team in Sydney. You’ll own the agency’s brand discipline and push creative output to the next level.
You’ll lead a three-designer team, mentor junior creatives, shape brand identities, and collaborate with the founder and leadership to influence client work, pitches and current business. This is a hands-on leadership role.
