ABRS in North Sydney seeks an Operations Manager to lead our NDIS Audit & Certification function. This newly created leadership role is responsible for unifying operations, building systems, and establishing service standards to support rapid growth while maintaining strict compliance.

You will oversee scheduling, audit calendars, contractor panels, and post-sales client experience across schemes and regions. Robust regulatory knowledge and CRM proficiency are essential to succeed in this role.
