Financial Controller - Property Investment/Development

Privately equity backed property company going through an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

The Role

- managing a team of 5 including Senior Accountants and Accounts Officers
- lead the evolution of finance from a traditional reporting function into a highly automated, in-sight driven commercial partner
- establish a dedicated FP&A; capability supporting budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and decision support
- systems integration and process improvement
- oversee financial reporting and governance
- create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

The Person

- CA/CPA or CFA qualifications
- experience in commercial finance, finance transformation or business partnering leadership roles
- prior property investment, development or funds is essential
- please note this is an initial 6 month fixed term role with the chance for a permanent role.
