On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced full-time General Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Determining and implementing commercial strategies, business objectives, and growth initiatives across the APAC region.
n
- Directing the development and management of key client relationships, strategic partnerships, and major accounts to support organisational growth.
n
- Overseeing the delivery of business transformation initiatives and ensuring technology investments align with organisational objectives.
n
- Evaluating and directing the implementation of digital innovation, automation, and operational improvement strategies to enhance organisational performance.
n
- Overseeing the governance, integration, and effectiveness of business systems, SaaS platforms, and operational technologies across the organisation.
n
- Directing commercial growth strategies and monitoring revenue performance, profitability, and market expansion initiatives.
n
- Reviewing organisational performance, financial outcomes, and key performance indicators, and reporting to executive leadership on strategic objectives.
n
- Identifying and leading new business, partnership, and market expansion opportunities to strengthen the organisation's competitive position.
n




- Directing business operations and ensuring resources, systems, and processes are effectively aligned with corporate goals.
n
- Leading and coordinating senior personnel across commercial, operations, technology, and customer success functions to achieve organisational objectives.
n
- Representing the organisation in high-level dealings with clients, business partners, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
n
- Authorising and overseeing significant commercial agreements, strategic proposals, and contractual arrangements to support business growth and operational objectives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

n

- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute
n
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience
n
- Excellent and strong leadership, communication, presentation, public speaking and interpersonal skills
n
- Good understanding of business operations and decision-making process
n
- Meticulous attention to details
n
- Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
n
- Demonstrated ability to pick up new skills proactively
n
- Team player/ ability to collaborate with others & work in a team-oriented workplace
