Western Sydney Community Support Services is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to assist a 12-year-old male with non-verbal autism and ADHD in Ropes Crossing. The role is after-school hours, 3:00 pm–7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend and school holiday hours.

Initial buddy shifts will be provided to support transition. You will provide support with daily routines, personal care, and life skills, while maintaining a protected, structured environment and accurate progress
