Ballast Point is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to build and run the cost system that supports the entire team through feasibility to final account on high-quality residential projects in the Inner West and Balmain.

You will manage cost planning, procurement, contract administration upstream and downstream, and cost management to keep budgets aligned with actuals. A hands-on role in Archicad drawings is expected, with robust communication across the team.
