Your Responsibilities
n
Lead day‐to‐day store operations.
n
Help fit tyres if needed and workshop
n
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.
n
Provide outstanding customer service and expert product advice.
n
Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage customer enquiries.
n
Manage workshop bookings and liaise with technicians.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and trade customers.
n
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
n
Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
n
Ensure the showroom is well presented and professionally maintained.
n
Monitor KPIs, profitability,
and overall store performance.
n
What We're Looking For
n
Previous experience managing a retail store or sales team.
n
Strong sales background with a proven ability to exceed targets.
n
Experience in the 4WD, automotive, or aftermarket accessories industry is highly regarded.
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
n
Strong organisational and computer skills.
n
Ability to work in a fast‐paced setting.
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
Passion for 4WDs and off‐road accessories is a huge advantage.
