Chillin Air Conditioning & Electrical has been operating for more than three decades and has grown to a team of over 100 people across multiple Queensland locations.

We specialise in residential new-build air conditioning and electrical installations and work with many of Queensland's leading builders.

About the Role





n

Based in our Loganholme branch, you'll coordinate our Southside installation schedule, ensuring jobs are completed on time while providing outstanding service to our builders and customers.

n

Every day is different. Priorities change, builders call with new requests, weather impacts schedules, jobs move, and you'll be the person helping keep everything running smoothly.

n

You'll work closely with:

n

- Builders, site supervisors and construction managers
n
- Our installation technicians
n
- Internal departments including orders and administration
n
- Other Chillin branches to coordinate resources and workload when required
n

n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple tasks at once.

n

The Scale of the Role

n

This is a position with genuine responsibility. You'll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems and take ownership of one of our busiest installation schedules.

n

You'll coordinate the daily workload of Chillin's technicians across the Southside, ensuring a high volume of installation work is delivered efficiently while balancing changing priorities, builder requests and resource availability.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Managing daily and weekly installation schedules
n
- Liaising with builders regarding job progress and required completion dates
n
- Coordinating technicians across the Southside region
n
- Adjusting schedules as priorities change
n
- Working with other Chillin branches to balance workloads and resources
n




- Monitoring upcoming work to ensure technicians remain productive
n
- Communicating clearly with customers, builders and internal staff
n
- Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
n

n

About You

n

Ideally, you'll have experience working within the construction, building or trades industry and have a good understanding of job scheduling, site deadlines and how builders operate. A trade qualification isn't required, but industry knowledge will help you hit the ground running.

n

- A confident communicator who can build strong working relationships with builders, site supervisors, technicians and customers

- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities change

- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
n
- Professional, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
n
- Computer confident with the ability to quickly learn new systems
n

Experience using AroFlo would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.
