Job Description

Barwon Health in Geelong is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide recovery-oriented, community-based care within the Bellarine CMHT, delivering assessments and interventions to individuals with moderate to severe mental illness.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, participate in intake and risk assessment, and support continuity of care with consumers, families and carers across community settings, including a 7-day rotating roster.
