Our client is a well-established, national advisory and project management consultancy specialising in social infrastructure. With a strong reputation across health, education, sport and civic projects, they partner with government and not-for-profit clients on some of the country's most significant community-focused developments, including several projects tied to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games.
ROLE
We are seeking an Advisory Consultant to join a small, high-performing Queensland team supporting three major regional projects linked to the Brisbane 2032 Games. This role covers advisory work through to Detailed Business Case and Schematic Design stage, with genuine opportunity to gain exposure to later project stages for the right candidate. Open to Consultant or Senior Consultant level, depending on experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the delivery of feasibility studies, business cases and options analysis for major social infrastructure projects.
- Contribute to master planning, cost planning and procurement strategy through to Detailed Business Case and Schematic Design stage.
- Liaise with government stakeholders, technical consultants and project teams to inform investment decisions.
- Prepare high-quality reports, models and presentations to support client and Treasury governance requirements.
- Support senior team members across a small portfolio of high-profile regional projects.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in advisory, feasibility, business case development or project appraisal within the built environment or infrastructure sector.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in property, construction, planning, engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and report writing skills.
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with government clients.
- Genuine interest in social infrastructure and community-focused projects.
