Planned Resources is seeking a Contract Administrator to lead the commercial side of a flagship Adelaide project. You will be on-site for the life of the build, owning subcontracts, variations, progress claims and payment certificates with direct liaison to the client and site team.

The role offers autonomy on a $200M+ project, a strong on-site leadership position, and a clear path to hands-on career development within a rapid-growing construction environment.
