This vacancysits within our corporate practice working primarily withwell-regarded partner, Russell Lyons, head of the Sydney CapitalMarkets Practice. The team is involved in IPO's, secondaryraisings and takeovers including significant domestic &cross-border; mergers and acquisitions for both private and publiccompanies as well as their financial regulation, governance andrisk management.

We act forlisted and large private clients in a range of different industriesincluding financial services, technology, education, manufacturing,distribution and retail, health and resources.

- Draftcomplex documents which require meticulous attention todetail
- Adviseand act for local and multinational organisations
- Projectmanage client matters
- Participate in businessdevelopment and client relationship activities
- Contribute to the firm'slearning and development program in area ofspecialty

A high level of client service is expected as are excellentorganisation, written and oral communication skills.

Thesuccessful applicant will have exceptional technical abilities, becommercially minded, with previous experience or desire tosupervise and mentor junior team members.
