We are seeking experienced HVAC Site Managers to join major Tier 1 commercial construction projects across Perth.

$130K – $170K + Super + Vehicle + Benefits & Relocation Packages Provided

You will be responsible for the on-site delivery of $10M+ D&C; HVAC packages , coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, onprogramme and to a high standard.

Projects include healthcare, defence, government, education, airports, hotels, data centers and major commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage day-to-day HVAC installation and site delivery
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and site resources
- Monitor programme, quality, safety and progress
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and builders
- Resolve site issues and assist with variations and technical queries

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years' HVAC / mechanical construction experience in Australia, Current Zealand or the UK
- Previous Tier 1 commercial construction experience highly desirable
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation, drawings and construction processes.
- Trade qualification, engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
