This role owns the internal engine—systems, processes, workflows, and technology stack—working directly with the CEO/COO to build a foundation the business depends on as we grow.
You will lead a small team, drive a real operating rhythm, and partner with vendors to optimize the tech stack, chiefly HubSpot, for maximum impact.
