The Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of civil construction projects across Sydney. This role will see you managing multiple projects or a large-scale development, taking full ownership from planning through to completion.

n

You will play a key role in driving programme, managing client relationships, and ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- End-to-end management of civil construction projects
n
- Programme planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
n
- Managing project budgets, cost control, and forecasting
n
- Overseeing site teams including Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors
n




- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
n
- Client liaison and stakeholder management
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
n
- Strong background in subdivisions, earthworks, and/or utilities
n
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
n
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
n
- Solid commercial acumen and contract knowledge
n
- Experience with project management and cost control software
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
n
