About the Senior Associate Family Lawyer | Gold Coast Lawyer Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced family lawyer who enjoys managing complex family law matters, mentoring others and contributing strategically to a growing law firm.

n

Based in our Varsity Lakes office, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Advising clients on complex parenting, property and financial matters
n
- Managing a diverse and sophisticated family law practice
n
- Conducting negotiations and litigation across a broad range of family law matters
n
- Developing and maintaining strong client and referral relationships
n
- Providing strategic legal advice and practical solutions
n
- Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers
n
- Assisting with team development and knowledge sharing
n
- Contributing to business growth and practice development initiatives
n

n

You will enjoy significant autonomy while working alongside experienced leaders in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About You

n

To be successful as a Senior Associate Family Lawyer, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 7 years post-admission experience (PAE) in Family Law
n
- Proven ability to independently manage complex family law matters
n
- Strong advocacy, negotiation and litigation skills
n




- Excellent client relationship and communication abilities
n
- Leadership and mentoring experience
n
- Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
n
- Strong organisational and practice management capabilities
n
- A genuine commitment to collaboration and professional excellence
