About the Role

The BUSY Group is seeking a motivated finance professional to support our financial reporting,analysisand compliance activities — helping us deliver on our purpose of making skills,educationand employment accessible to every person.

In this newly createdrole,you'llsupport BUSY Group'songoing growth withfinancial reporting,month‐endprocesses and analysis that helps our teams make informed decisions. You'llwork closely with the Senior Financial Accountant and contribute toaccuratereporting,complianceand continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

- Month‐endprocessing — general ledger reconciliations, control accountreviewsand revenue journals
n
- Management reporting — preparing monthly reports, varianceanalysisand financial insights
n
- Financial compliance — BAS preparation, auditsupportand statutory returns
n
- Fixed asset management — depreciation, disposals andmaintainingthe fixed asset register
n
- Intercompany accounting — reconciliations andaccurateallocations across entities
n




- Process improvement — contributing to efficiency and accuracy within the finance team
n

WhatYou'llBring

We'relooking for someone who brings:

- 3–5 years' experience as a Financial Accountant or similar
n
- Robust knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting
n
- Experience with financial systems (NetSuite highly regarded)
n
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
n
- Blue Card, National PoliceCheckand open driver's licence
n
