What will you do?

- Be a hands-on leader and mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
n
- Lead by example, jumping behind the bar to show your team how it's done.
n
- Cultivate a fun-first culture.
n
- Take ownership of your venues performance, maintaining the right balance between financial success and operational excellence.
n
- Manage labour costs and COG's to maximise your venues profitability.
n
- Be a loud and proud brand ambassador,

What will you bring?

n

- Infectious enthusiasm and positivity
n
- Proven experience in hospitality leadership
n
- An understanding of a venues financials
n
- Valid RSA and Approved Managers card
n
- First Aid Certificate is desirable or a willingness to be trained
n
- Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus!
