Since 2002, we've delivered Class 2 apartment, medium-density mixed-use and commercial construction projects across NSW.

With a strong pipeline of work and sustainable growth plans, we're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead project delivery teams and drive operational excellence across our Upcoming Pipeline Projects.

Your Key Contributions

n

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations. You will:

n

n
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple residential apartment projects.
n
- Drive construction programs, in collaboration with the Site Managers and Project Managers
n
- Ensure compliance with Class 2 building requirements, NCC, WHS legislation and quality standards.
n
- Manage subcontractor, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
n
- Identify project construction risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
n
- Collaborate closely with Design and Project Management Teams to support design management, procurement strategies and buildability reviews.
n
- Champion a strong safety culture across all projects.
n
- Be a trusted and approachable leader who supports, mentors and develops team members, fostering a culture of openness, accountability and high performance.

What you bring

n





You are a proven construction leader with robust apartment delivery experience.

n

You will have:

n

n
- 10years+ experience as a Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager or similar.
n
- Proven experience delivering at least five (5) Class 2 Apartment projects from medium to high density residential projects, excavation to handover.
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
n
- Ability to lead Site Managers / Foreman's, subcontractors and project teams.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction, Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
n
- Procore experience is desirable but not mandatory.
