Job Description

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator in Oxley to deliver person-centred support under the FaDS program. The role is casual with a pay rate of $45.28 per hour plus Super and NFP Salary Packaging, aimed at enhancing everyday living for people with disabilities.

You will work with individuals, families and networks to support life goals, autonomy, dignity and privacy, across flexible 24-hour rostering. A solid commitment to a child-safe, inclusive workplace is essential.
