About the Role

n

We are seeking a motivated and organised Packaging Team Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our Packaging Team across sales, administration, customer service and general operations.

n

This is an entry-level position suited to someone looking to gain hands‐on experience in packaging, sales and administration within a fast‐paced and dynamic environment.

The Role

n

As a Packaging Team Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Team Support:



Provide general support to Packaging Management and the wider Packaging Team with day‐to‐day tasks to help facilitate smooth operations.
n
- Customer Service: Assist with answering incoming calls, responding to enquiries and providing a positive experience for customers.
n
- Sales & Administration: Generate quotations, process orders and assist with general sales administration, ensuring accuracy throughout.
n
- Inventory, Display & Storeroom Management: Assist with stock checks and inventory control, and organise and maintain a tidy showroom display and storeroom.

About You

n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail (essential)
n
- Solid time management and organisational skills
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A genuine interest in design, branding and packaging
n
- Familiarity with SAP (advantageous)
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field are welcomed but not required.
n

This is a full-time position based in our Marrickville office and is available to Australian Citizens and permanent residents.
