Your Role as a Future Leader

n

As a seasoned pro, you'll bring strong service skills and leadership potential to the table. You'll be:

- Leading by example, setting the pace, and supporting your teammates.
n
- Taking ownership of key stations - grill, wrap, dress bench, floor, or till.
n
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences with confidence and efficiency.
n




- Assisting in training and mentoring recent team members.
n
- Keeping the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

If you've got experience in a customer-facing or kitchen role and are ready to step up. We're after someone who is:

- A natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude.

- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Passionate about great food, outstanding service, and great vibes.

- Confident in handling peak service times and problem-solving on the go.

As part of the process, you'll complete a quick online assessment - it's a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you're done, you'll even get a personalized insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work). Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
