About the Role:
n Reporting to the Head of Technology Workforce Operations, you will lead the people side of change and deliver strategic communications for key Technology and Workforce Operations initiatives.

n

What You Will Be Doing

n

n
- Develop actionable change plans covering impact assessments, readiness checks, training needs, and resistance management.
n
- Create leadership communications, intranet updates, newsletters, FAQs, video scripts, and change collateral.
n
- Coach senior leaders on transformation comms and partner cross-functionally with People & Culture and Corporate Affairs.
n
- Track adoption metrics, manage change risks, and apply enterprise change standards.
n

Selection Criteria

n

n
- 5+ years in Change Management with robust knowledge of change methodologies and project lifecycles.
n
- Background in People-Centered or Agile Change.
