BHP is seeking an experienced Manager Operational Readiness for Copper SA in Adelaide. You will lead the development and governance of readiness strategies, ensuring assets transition from project delivery to protected, reliable production.

You will oversee planning, training and handover while working with Operations, Projects, Engineering and Maintenance to embed readiness requirements and sustain peak performance across sites in South Australia.
