Ethos are currently recruiting for a Strategy Manager to join a leading Financial Services organisation. The role would suitsomeone looking to make there first move from a top consulting firm with a broad strategy skill set and excellent problem solving skills. Alternativelysomeone with a strong background in corporate strategy roles in the financial services industry would be also be suitable.

This is a very broad role that will play an active role in strategy development, customer engagement strategy, product strategy and other growth focusedprojects.

Responsibilities

- Play an active role in the development of the 5 year strategic plan
- Lead and develop costumergrowth and engagement strategies
- Perform complex analysis and present findings at executive level
- Develop actionable insights by conducting data driven analysis to support senior decision making across the business
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify competitive threats and new business opportunities




- Work with stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, to define business challenges and opportunities
- Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
- Evaluating M&A; opportunities acrossthe business

Requirements

- Strong experience in a management consultancy or corporate strategy in financial services
- Well developed consulting/strategy 'tool kit'
- Robust modelling skills and business case development experience
- Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Law, with MBA/CFA qualifications desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in-depth experience in presenting to various internal and external stakeholders.
