McGrath Strathfield is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead, mentor and drive performance across the sales team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with agents, associates and support staff to drive growth, accountability and a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities

Coaching and mentoring sales agents to improve performance and productivity

Conducting regular sales meetings, one-on-one reviews and training sessions

Supporting agents with prospecting, listing presentations, negotiations and auction campaigns

Monitoring pipeline activity, KPI performance and business development outcomes

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and retention of sales staff

Driving compliance with NSW property legislation and company procedures

Identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to increase market share

Working collaboratively with Property Management and Operations teams

Supporting the achievement of office revenue and profitability targets

About you

Proven success in residential real estate sales and team leadership

Strong coaching, mentoring and training capabilities

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

High levels of accountability, professionalism and integrity





Strong knowledge of NSW real estate legislation and compliance requirements

Ability to analyse sales performance and drive continuous improvement

A positive attitude and commitment to creating a high-performance culture
