Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage all digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage social media, website, email marketing, and content creation.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Lead marketing budgets and maximise return on investment.
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and influencers.
- Support new venue openings, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.

About you

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven senior marketing leadership experience, preferably within hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or multi‑site businesses.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, CRM, SEO/SEM, social media,



and performance marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing organisation.
