We have an opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our growing Service team to assist in providing a high-quality service delivery experience across all fire disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Passive and Portable divisions.

Tasks Required to be performed:

n

Coordinate incoming service telephone calls and assist with client enquiries.

n

Generating client work orders and purchase orders for suppliers.

n

Scheduling works - Install, Service and Repair.

n

Assist in management of the day for all client-based staff.

n

Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, suppliers etc.

n

Job reconciliation - attention to detail is a must.

n

Monthly and Annual reports in liaison with management
