Job Description

Sonoma Bakery is seeking a hands-on Junior Sous Chef to lead the pastry team in a rapid-paced, high-output kitchen. This full-time role runs Sunday to Thursday, 5:00pm to 1:00am, reporting to the Senior Sous Chef – PM Operations and Head Pastry Chef.

You will oversee shifts, maintain quality, train staff, and support new product rollout with focus on practice, detail, calmness under pressure, and collaboration with Production teams.
