New Sleep is a growing sleep disorders clinic offering sleep medical consultations, sleep dentistry, sleep psychology and home sleep studies. We're looking for a warm, organised Medical Receptionist to form our front‐of‐house team and help deliver an exceptional patient experience.

About the Role

n

- Welcome patients and provide a calm, professional first impression
n
- Manage phones, emails and appointment bookings
n
- Support sleep physicians, dentist, psychologist and technicians with daily workflow
n
- Process referrals, Medicare claims and payments
n




- Coordinate patient paperwork and follow‐up communication
n
- Maintain a tidy, productive reception area
n
- Assist with general admin tasks as the clinic grows
n

About You

- Quick Learner - applications from those with minimal experience in the field are welcome
n
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
n
- Comfortable using digital systems
n
- Calm, friendly and patient‐focused
