Field Service Technician – Weighing

We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician – Weighing to join our team based in Silverwater, NSW, supporting customers with the installation, servicing and calibration of weighing technology across a range of heavy equipment.

n

The Role

n

This is a varied, field-based technical role where you'll install, diagnose, repair and calibrate weighing systems while providing practical support to customers onsite.

n

You'll work across equipment including loaders, excavators, forklifts, telehandlers and material handlers, with plenty of autonomy and variety in your day.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Install, diagnose, repair and calibrate weighing systems
n
- Troubleshoot technical issues across a range of heavy equipment
n
- Provide high-quality customer support, training and technical advice
n
- Complete service reports and documentation through D365
n
- Maintain equipment standards and support NMI compliance requirements
n
- Manage vehicle stock, tools and field equipment
n
- Work safely across customer sites and identify WHS risks
n
- Travel to customer sites across NSW as required
n

About You

n

You're a practical, customer-focused technician who enjoys troubleshooting, getting hands-on and solving problems in the field.

n

You bring:

n

n
- Mechanical, hydraulic,



auto-electrical or similar technical experience
n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
- Experience in a field service or customer-facing technical role
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- A strong safety mindset
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Current unrestricted Driver's Licence
n
- Willingness to travel and undertake site-based work when required
n

n

Experience with weighing systems, heavy equipment, construction machinery or industrial technology will be highly regarded.

n

NMI 6.8 certification is preferred but is not essential.
