Job Description

RACGP is seeking a senior leader to drive the national GP Training strategy, aligning priorities with the organisation's goals and delivering future-ready programs. You will report to the National Director of Medical Education, line manage the program lead, and collaborate with senior leaders and training teams to ensure consistent delivery.

You will shape workplans, monitor progress, and provide strategic updates for governance.
