We're seeking an experienced Practice Manager, or an extremely organised and driven allied health professional looking for a career change, to oversee the daily operations of our passionate and rapidly growing occupational therapy clinic.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, invoicing, and documentation.
n
- Support our clinicians and ensure a high standard of client service.
n
- Manage policies and procedures for a smooth and streamlined clinic.
n
- Drive team performance and support clinicians in achieving KPIs.
n
- Manage billing, payments, reconciliations, and funding claims (NDIS, Medicare, private health).
n
- Oversee onboarding, HR compliance, and virtual admin support.
n
- Maintain compliance with allied health and NDIS standards.
n




- Contribute to marketing, referral relationships, and community engagement.
n
- Streamline workflows using practice software (Splose experience a plus!)
n
- Liaise with management, finance, and HR to support practice growth.
n
- Experience in healthcare/allied health administration or practice management.
n
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
n
- Confident with practice management software and IT systems.
n
- Knowledge of NDIS, Medicare, and private billing processes.
n
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively.
n
- Previous leadership or team coordination experience.
n
- Background in allied health service delivery (OT, physio, EP, etc.).
n
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
n
- Understanding of compliance audits and reporting.
n
- Understanding of AI and its integration into efficient workflows.
n
