Job Description
PLS is seeking a Mining Supervisor to lead the Pilgangoora operations in the Pilbara region, operating on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO.
You will drive protected, effective mining execution and build a strong, team-oriented team culture.
Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will guide leading hands, manage incidents and compliance, and ensure alignment with the mine plan.
Bring proven leadership in open-cut mining and a passion for safe, productive operations.
